How to install a Constant Contact form to your website - All Pages

To add a Constant Contact form to your affiliate website, (i.e. a banner, flyout, or pop-up sign-up form) you need to copy and paste the Universal Code to Google Tag Manager (GTM) as a new tag. Follow the instructions below to do this. 

For an Inline Sign-up Form, there are two pieces of code that need to be installed. See this KB.

1. From the dashboard, click Add a New Tag
   
   
   
   
2. Click in the "Untitled" field and title your tag "Constant Contact"
   
   
   
   
3. Click anywhere in the Tag Configuration section and select "Custom HTML"
   
   
   
   
4. Paste the Constant Contact code into the HTML body
   
   
   
   
5. Before saving, click anywhere in the Triggering section
   
   
   
   
6. Click All Pages  
   
   
   
7. Click Save
