How to run your affiliate's custom transaction report

To access your custom transaction report (ReportWriter), follow the instructions below:


  1. Go to the Luminate Online homepage
  2. Click on Data Management > select Reports 
  3. Click on the Report Writer tab *
    *If you do not have a Report Writer tab, submit a Freshdesk ticket to request access
  4. Under the Actions column next to your report*, click on Run Report 
    * If there is no report listed, submit a Freshdesk ticket and request access
  5. To edit the date range click Edit under the Actions column
  6. Click the Select Date Part dropdown and select Month, Day and Year 
     
  7. Make the appropriate date changes and click Finish
  8. Click Next 
  9. (Optional) Enter a new report label and/or description, otherwise click Next 
  10. Leave the report schedule set to Run this report immediately and click Next 
  11. No selections are required for the shared report results; click Next 
  12. Scroll down and click Run Report 
  13. To download the report, click on the floppy disk
