How to add a new service location to the Connect Locally page

To add a new service location, follow the steps below:


  1. In CMS, drill down to your affiliate's Service Center Locations folder (Home > Connect Locally > Service Center Locations) as shown below
  2. Click the New Item icon
  3. Fill out the necessary fields down the page, including the Latitude and Longitude fields
  4. Once you are completed, click Next
  5. On the Schedule screen, make no changes, click Next 
  6. On the Submit screen, you will see a message about approval notifications going to the national team; click Finish 
  7. The Status screen will appear; confirm that your changes have been submitted next to the Draft Status field 
  8. National will receive an email notification and make the approval within 24 business hours (or request that you make edits)
