It happens to all of us: you can't remember your password, or the one you remember is not working. Don't worry! You can easily reset it. Here's how:

Freshdesk

  • Visit https://easter.freshdesk.com/support/login
  • Click the "Forgot your password?" link, then enter your email in the Forgot Password form and click "Reset My Password". If you get an error, try a different email address or email onlinesupport@easterseals.com for assistance.
  • A password reset email will be sent to your email address, with instructions on resetting your password.



Event Manager Center

Event Manager Center uses regular constituent accounts to login rather than administrator accounts. It is possible to have a constituent account and an administrator account that have the same email, but different usernames and passwords (in fact, this is the case for most Event Managers).
