It happens to all of us: you can't remember your password, or the one you remember is not working. Don't worry! You can easily reset it. Here's how:
Luminate Online
- Visit https://secure2.convio.net/es/admin/AdminLogin?CMD=ForgotPassword
- IMPORTANT : Be sure that the login URL contains "/es/" and not "/cnv/"
- Enter the User Name and Email associated with your admin account, and click "Submit". If you can't remember your username or email, you'll need to open a support request.
- A password reset email will be sent to your email address, with instructions on resetting your password.
Freshdesk
- Visit https://easter.freshdesk.com/support/login
- Click the "Forgot your password?" link, then enter your email in the Forgot Password form and click "Reset My Password". If you get an error, try a different email address or email onlinesupport@easterseals.com for assistance.
- A password reset email will be sent to your email address, with instructions on resetting your password.
Event Manager Center
Event Manager Center uses regular constituent accounts to login rather than administrator accounts. It is possible to have a constituent account and an administrator account that have the same email, but different usernames and passwords (in fact, this is the case for most Event Managers).
- Visit https://secure.easterseals.com/site/UserLogin?CMD=ForgotPassword
- Enter the User Name and Email associated with your Event Manager account, and click "Submit". If you've forgotten your User Name, you can retrieve it by visiting the User Name Recovery page. If you get an error, try a different email address or email onlinesupport@easterseals.com for assistance.
- A password reset email will be sent to your email address, with instructions on resetting your password.
